great poster! I was wondering which is the percentage of patients out of the 415 you checked who carry the mutation on ASXL1?
And do you know if this mutations is linked to a progression of the disease? Could it be that over time resistant cells to other mitochondria-target drugs take over, giving rise to this phenotype?
